Story Time

Fun reading time and treats with Head Start weekly on Thursdays from 9:30am to 11:00am. Reading books for preschoolers are based on monthly topics suggested by the school:

The East Carroll Parish Library Board of Control is the governing body for the Library. The Board is comprised of residents of East Carroll Parish who are appointed by the East Carroll Parish Police Jury to serve to serve four-year terms of office.

Library Board meetings are generally held the third Wednesday of the month at noon, unless otherwise posted. Meetings are located in the Library’s Conference Room. All Library Board meetings are open to the public.

Library Hours:
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturday

The East Carroll Parish Library is proud to introduce its newest service, Pronunciator. This service offers patrons the ability to learn 80 languages at their own pace. There is also a mobile app that lets patrons learn on the go. Please note: Mango Languages is no longer available through the East Carroll Parish Library.
